6种复方杀虫气雾剂对蚊蝇和蟑螂的灭效研究

摘　　要：目的观察几种油基拟除虫菊酯复方气雾剂在试验室对淡色库蚊、家蝇和德国小蠊的杀灭效果。方法根据GB/T 13917.2-2009,用圆筒法测定气雾杀虫剂对3种昆虫的击倒中时值(KT50),根据GB/T13917.10-2009测试模拟现场试验结果。结果 对淡色库蚊的杀灭试验中,6号配方的KT50小于1 min,其他5种配方均为1.0～1.5 min;对家蝇的杀灭试验中,1号和6号配方的KT50小于1.0 min,其他4种配方均为1～1.6 min;对德国小蠊的杀灭试验中,除2号配方外,其他5种配方的KT50均小于1 min;蚊蝇的24 h死亡率和德国小蠊的72 h死亡率均为100%。模拟现场试验中,6种配方对3种试虫的1 h击倒率和24 h死亡率均为100%。结论 6种复方杀虫气雾剂均达到了快速杀灭蚊蝇和蟑螂的效果,值得研究与推广应用。Objective In order to observe the efficacy of aerosol insecticides based on pyrethroids in killing Culex pipiens pallens,Musca domestica and Blattella germanica.Methods KT50 of the six kinds of aerosol insecticides were tested according to GB/T 13917.2-2009 in hermetic round canister;killing efficacy in analogous sites were tested according to GB/T13917.10-2009.Results The KT50 of six kinds of aerosol insecticides compound to Cx.pipiens pallens and M.domestica were less than 1.6 min,KT50 of five kinds of insecticides compound were less than 1 min to B.germanica except NO.2 which was over 2.0 min.The 24 h mortality of insects used in the hermetic round canister were 100%.The one hour killing efficacy of the six aerosol insecticides in analogous sites to Cx.pipiens pallens,M.domestica and B.germanica were 100%.Conclusion The six aerosol insecticides compound all show fast killing effects in killing Cx.pipiens pallens,M.domestica and B.germanica.
