摘 要:目的研究不同温度、湿度对硫酰氟熏蒸处理家蝇效果的影响。方法在密封模拟熏蒸箱内,根据均匀设计实验分组确定的实验条件,对家蝇熏蒸24 h,观察其死亡率。结果 硫酰氟剂量、湿度单因素以及剂量、温度交互作用均对杀灭效果有影响;家蝇的死亡率随着温度的平方、剂量的升高而升高,高湿度增加家蝇死亡率。结论根据实验结果建立不同温度、湿度条件下硫酰氟现场熏蒸用量的回归方程,并进行现场验证,修正参数,对熏蒸现场操作人员科学用药有指导作用。Objective To observe the effects of temperature and relative humidity on the fumigation of sulfuryl fluoride against fly.Methods The trial which was designed by uniform design was carried out in a simulating container,to explore the temperature,humidity and sulfuryl fluoride dose on the fumigation of sulfuryl fluoride against fly through univariate and multivariate analysis.Results Univariate analysis showed that sulfuryl fluoride dose and humidity affected killing fly.There was a significant difference in mortality for different humidity groups;high humidity caused a rising death rate of fly.The results of multivariate analysis revealed that temperature and dose were correlated with the mortality of fly,the death rate of fly was elevated as the square of temperature and dose increased.Conclusion The amount of sulfuryl fluoride fumigation site regression equation is established according to the results for different temperature and humidity conditions.And on-site verificati is carried out to correct parameters,it has scientific guidance for the fumigation site operators in the practical work.
