摘　　要：目的 应用脉冲多普勒超声（PW）测定右室Tei指数评价干燥综合症（SS）的右室功能,为临床早期干预治疗提供依据.方法 应用PW对30例正常对照者及SS患者30例进行右室Tei指数测定,并记录心脏结构及其它功能参数如E峰、A峰、E/A等,同时测量三尖瓣口返流速度,应用三尖瓣返流法估测肺动脉收缩压（PASP）.结果 SS患者组右室Tei指数与正常对照组差异无统计学意义（p＞0.05）.结论 多普勒超声心动图测定的右室Tei指数还不能作为SS患者早期心功能改变的指标.Objective To investigate the application of the Tei index, which reflects fight ventficular （RV）systolic and diastolic function and observe the clinical usefulness of the Tei index for the patients with Sjogren＇s Syndrome. Methods 30 patients with SS and,30 healthy controls were evaluated with routine echocardiography, The RV Tel index was measured by PW, and the parameter of right ventricular inflow velocities were recorded, the peak of early and late diastolic flow rocities （E.A）and the ratio of E/A were determined;IRT、IET and ET were determined. Results The RV Tei index, was not significantly different in the ss group （p〉0.05）. Concluslons The application of Tei Index can not be a indicator to assess early RV function of SS.
