洛阳市儿童蛲虫感染及影响因素的研究

摘　　要：目的:了解洛阳市市区及周边农村学龄前儿童蛲虫感染情况及其影响因素。方法:采用透明胶纸肛周拭子法采集虫卵,同时对其个人卫生情况、父母文化程度等因素进行问卷调查。结果:蛲虫平均感染率2.66%;男、女感染率分别为2.73%和2.59%,感染率无明显差异;市区及农村感染率分别为1.30%和3.92%,P<0.05,城乡感染率有差异;饭前便后不洗手、洗手者感染率分别为38.89%和1.61%,P<0.05,两者感染率有差异;长指甲和短指甲者感染率分别为18.18%和2.11%,P<0.05,两者感染率有差异;近3个月吃过打虫药和未吃过者感染率分别为0%和2.72%,P>0.05,两者感染率无差异。结论:农村儿童蛲虫感染率高于城市,蛲虫感染与儿童卫生习惯有关。Objective：To understand the pinworm infection rate of preschool children in urban and rural areas in Luoyang and the underlying influencing factors.Methods：Collecting the egg of worm by using transparent tape perianal swab method and adopting the questionnaire survey on various factors which include the parental education level and personal circumstance of sanitation,et al.Results：The average rate of infection was 2.66%.The infections rate of male and female were 2.73%,2.59%.There was no significant difference in the rates between men and women.Rural and urban infections rate was 1.30%,3.92% respectively（P0.05）.The difference was significant between urban and rural areas.Markedly difference appears between two kinds of respondents who either wash their hands before eating and after using toilet or not,the result was 38.89%,1.61%（P0.005）.Those who cut their nails regularly protect themselves,with an infections rate of 2.11%,compared with those who do not and are afflicted with a high level of rate at 18.18%（P0.005）.Anti-parasite drugs gave a remarkable answer with the rate of naught,compared with those kids beyond the cover of medicine with a rate at 2.72%（P0.05）.There was no significant difference in the rates in this case.Conclusion：The infections rate of pinworm in children is higher in rural areas compared with those in urban district;The rate highly depends on the personal health care of children.
