摘 要:将等体积不同浓度的霍格兰营养液均匀地混合到等质量的风干土壤中,模拟出12种不同盐分含量的栽培环境,采用盆栽土培试验的方法研究不同盐分含量的土壤对青菜种子萌发及其幼苗生长发育的影响。结果表明:当土壤中的盐分含量>3 g/kg时,青菜种子的发芽指数随土壤中盐分含量的升高而逐渐降低,青菜种子的发芽指数与土壤含盐量之间呈显著的负相关关系。青菜幼苗的平均生物量、株高和根长也随盐分含量升高而降低;当土壤中的盐分含量>6 g/kg时,青菜种子的发芽率开始下降,幼苗的生长发育受到较严重的危害,出现缺苗;当盐分含量>10 g/kg时,青菜种子基本不发芽,不能立苗。Twelve kinds of cultural conditions whose soil salinities were different were simulated by mixing isometric and various-concentration Hoagland solutions with equal-mass air-dry soil,and pot experiments with pakchoi were carried out to study the effects of soil salinity on seed germination and seedling growth of pakchoi.The results showed that when the soil salinity was over 3 g/kg,the seed germination index gradually decreased with the soil salinity rising,and there was a significant negative correlation between the seed germination index and the soil salinity.The fresh seedling weight,plant height and root length also decreased with the soil salinity rising.When the soil salinity was over 6 g/kg,the seed germination rate started to decrease and the seedling growth was severely inhibited;and when the soil salinity was over 10 g/kg,the seeds rarely germinated.
