摘  要:通过对浦东鸡及其杂交后代体尺体重和肉质性状的分析测定,结果显示:3个试验组合均具有较好的增重能力和相对理想的体尺指数,浦东鸡及其杂交后代具有适中的腹脂肪沉积,特别是2个杂交组合较好地改善了浦东鸡体型偏长偏窄和胫长偏高的不足。肉质性状测定结果显示:尽管3个组合在胸肌pH、胸肌肉色等指标无显著差异,但在胸部皮色(黄度)方面浦东鸡纯繁组合和浦东鸡与石歧杂杂交组合有明显优势,在肌肉嫩度方面鹿苑鸡和浦东鸡杂交组合有明显优势。The characters of body growth and meat quality were measured in both Pudong chicken and its filial generation.The results indicated that all the 3 combinations of Pudong chicken(one pure line breeding combination and two cross combinations)took on a relatively good gaining ability and ideal body measurements as well as moderate abdominal fat.Especially,the 2 cross combinations were improved obviously in body conformation and shin in which Pudong chicken was deficient and respectively somewhat long and narrow and somewhat high.For meat qualitative characters,the 3 combinations were not significantly different in the pH and color of pectoral muscle,but the pure line breeding combination and the cross combination(Pudong chicken and Shiqiza chicken)had obvious advantage in the skin color(yellow),and the cross combination(Pudong chicken and Luyuan chicken) had obvious advantage in the muscle tenderness.
