摘  要:针对锤头在使用中锤柄不断承受交变的弯曲应力和冲击力,而锤头部位则主要承受较强的冲击力和摩擦力的特点,设计出一种新型的锤头复合铸造工艺。两个具有倒梯形燕尾结构的耐磨块镶铸在锤下端中轴线的两侧。耐磨块用高铬铸铁铸造成形,浇注前先经过适当热处理和表面清理,重新加热到600℃以上后放入铸型,并迅速浇入高锰钢铸成锤体,使耐磨块与锤柄主体合金达到冶金结合,耐磨块在使用中不脱落。复合锤头耐磨性显著提高。For the characteristics of the hammer handle is under alternating bending stress and impact constantly and the hammer is withstand strong impact and friction in use,a new type designed of composite casting process of hammer head was put forward in the paper.It has two wear block imbedding on the surface of the hammer,that are set on both sides of the hummer handle along axial direction with inverted trapezoidal dovetail structure.The wear blocks were cast by high chromium cast iron under properly heat treated and surface cleaning before imbedding casting,which were placed in mold after re-heated to temperature above 600 ℃ before poured in quickly the high-manganese steel liquid.Then the block and hammer handle were fused together,the block of composite hammer had long service life in the use,and the wear resistance of the hummer improved significantly.
