摘　　要：为解决浇注现场实时了解随流孕育过程中的孕育参数,本文给出了在随流孕育装置上采用LED大屏幕实时显示的研究应用方案,其中包括硬件系统的构成、硬件电路的介绍,以及显示控制器软件设计、触摸屏与PLC通讯软件编制、触摸屏与显示控制器通讯软件的编制,并付诸于实践,收到了良好的效果,具有可推广的价值。In order to solve real-time understanding of inoculation parameters during stream inoculation process at casting site,This paper provides the application of large LED screen with the stream inoculation device,elaborated the hardware system structure,the display controller software design,the touch-screen and PLC communication technology,the touch-screen and display controller communication technology,etc.These techniques have been applied,and received good results,it has popularization value.
