摘  要:采用离心铸造方法,开发了耐磨性能优良的高速钢轧辊,其主要化学成分w(%)为:1.5~2.0C,3.0~5.0Mo,1.0~3.0 W,2.0~3.0V,1.0~2.0Co,1.0~2.5B和5.0~8.0Cr。高速钢轧辊硬度达85~88 HS,辊面硬度差小于2.0 HS,冲击韧度〉10.0 J/cm2。用于高速线材轧机预精轧机架,高速钢轧辊的磨损率仅为2.33×10-4mm/t钢,使用效果接近硬质合金轧辊,但生产成本仅为硬质合金轧辊的32%。By means of the centrifugal casting method,high speed steel(HSS) rollers with excellent wear resistance have been successfully manufactured.The main compositions of HSS rollers are 1.5%~2.0% C,3.0%~5.0% Mo,1.0%~3.0% W,2.0%~3.0% V,1.0%~2.0% Co,1.0%~2.5% B and 5.0%~8.0%Cr.The hardness of HSS roller is 85~88 HS,the range of hardness variation is smaller than 2.0 HS and the impact toughness excels 10.0 J/cm2.The wear rate of HSS rollers reaches 2.33×10-4mm per ton steel using in the pre-finishing stands of high-speed hot wire-rod rolling mill.Furthermore,the manufacturing cost of HSS rolls is obviously lower than that of PM hard alloy rollers,it is only 32 percent of that of PM hard alloy rollers.
