超塑自由胀形液压机自动化改造

摘　　要：采用PLC对Y32-200四柱式万能液压机进行了改造,使液压机实现自动和手动操作,提高液压机自动化程度,改造后的液压机具有保压延时,运行平稳,控制精度高等特点。Reformation to the four pillars type universal hydraulic presser machine was conducted by Adopting PLC technique and the operation of presser with automatic and manual control was realized.After the reformation,the hydraulic presser automation degree got improved,with the characteristics of pressure holding and time delaying functions,smoother operation,and higher control precision.
