摘 要:报告四川省竹鼠养殖过程中致病性细菌的检测及生物学特征。通过对发病濒死竹鼠病变组织进行细菌学检查及分离,对分离得到的一株优势菌进行形态特征、理化性质和16SrDNA序列的分子鉴定,人工感染及药敏试验,判定为肺炎克雷伯氏菌。该菌对供试的小白鼠有致病性,对供试的头孢美唑等药物高度敏感,对丁胺卡那霉素等中度敏感,对洁霉素等耐药。推断此株肺炎克雷伯氏菌是导致竹鼠死亡的主要病原菌。In order to report the pathogenic bacteria from Rhizomys breeding and the main biological characteristics of the pathogen,one strain of the predominant bacteria from pathologic tissues of diseased and dying Rhizomys were examined and isolated.The 16S rDNA gene detection was conducted.Artificial infection test and antibiotic sensitivity test about the isolated bacteria were also conducted.The strain was isolated and identified as K.peneumoniae,and had pathogenicity to mice.The antibiotic sensitivity test revealed that the strain was highly sensitive to cefmetazole etal,sensitive to amikacin etal,and resistant to lincomycin et al.K.peneumoniae was bacterial pathogen leading to disease of Rhizomys.
