摘　　要：以O-甲基-N-硝基异脲、甲胺为原料,采用高效催化剂,合成N,O-二甲基-N'-硝基异脲。反应收率在80%以上,产品含量高于98%。考察了反应条件对反应收率的影响,确定了优惠合成工艺条件:反应温度40℃,反应时间4h,物料配比n(O-甲基-N-硝基异脲):n(甲胺)=1:2.4。N,O-dimethyl-N＇-nitroisourea was synthesized from O-methyl-N-nitroisourea and methylamine in the presence of the efficient catalyst. The yield of the reaction was more than 80% with the purity of above 98%. The effect of the reaction conditions on reaction yield was investigated, and the optimal conditions were as follows： reaction temperature 40℃, reaction time 4 hours and the material ratio of n（O-methyl-N-nitroisourea）：n （ methylamine ） = 1：2.4.
