内舒拿联合吉诺通治疗儿童慢性鼻窦炎的临床研究

摘　　要：目的探讨内舒拿联合吉诺通治疗儿童慢性鼻窦炎的临床疗效。方法采用回顾性方法分析我院2009年1月至2011年1月我科诊断为慢性鼻窦炎儿童85例,依据治疗方法不同分为观察组和对照组。对照组给予阿奇霉素治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上给予内舒拿联合吉诺通治疗,两组连续治疗3个月,然后评估两组疗效。结果观察组有效率95.3%,对照组有效率为78.6%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论内舒拿联合吉诺通治疗儿童慢性鼻窦炎临床疗效确切,值得临床推广。Objective To explore the effect of Nasonex joint Gelomyrtol Forte treatment of chronic sinusitis in children.Methods A retrospective method in our hospital in January 2009 to January 2011 our department diagnosis of chronic sinusitis in children, 85 patients were divided into treatment based on observation and control groups. Control group was given Azithromycin treatment.Observation group were given on the basis Nasonex joint Gelomyrtol Forte treatment, two groups of continuous therapy for three months, and then assessed the therapeutic effect.Results Combination therapy group was 95.3%,and the control group was 78.6%, the two groups was statistically significant （P0.05）. Conclusion Nasonex joint Gelomyrtol Forte treatment of children with chronic sinusitis is confirmed.It is worthy for clinical application.
