布地奈德联合特布他林雾化吸入治疗毛细支气管炎的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察布地奈德联合特布他林雾化吸入治疗毛细支气管炎的治疗效果。方法收集64例来我院治疗的毛细支气管炎患儿作为观察对象,两组均采用抗炎、镇静、平喘,必要时吸氧、吸痰等综合治疗。64例患儿随机分为观察组和对照组各32例。对照组给予常规治疗,观察组在上述治疗的基础上采用布地奈德联合特布他林超声雾化吸入治疗,比较两组的疗效及主要临床症状、体征消失时间。结果观察组总有效率明显高于对照组,差异有显著性(P<0.05)。观察组主要临床症状、体征消失时间明显短于对照组,差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论布地奈德联合特布他林雾化吸入治疗毛细支气管炎能够明显提高疗效,明显缓解患儿的临床症状,用药安全性好,值得推广。Objective To observe the budesonide aerosol inhalation terbutaline treatment of bronchiolitis. Methods All 64 patients with bronchiolitis were randomly divided into two groups and the control group 32 eases. Control group was given budesonide treatment alone, on the basis of the observation group in this joint terbutaline inhalation therapy, comparing the two treatment efficacy and drug safety. Results The total effective observation group was significantly higher than the control group, the difference was significant （P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Budesonide inhalation terbutaiine treatment bronchiolitis can significantly improve the efficacy and significantly alleviate clinical symptoms in children, drug safety, and worth promoting.
