牙周干预对2型糖尿病患者医疗成本影响的研究

摘　　要：目的研究牙周干预措施对患有牙周病的2型糖尿病住院患者医疗成本的影响。方法选择广州医学院荔湾医院内分泌科2011年2～6月住院的患有牙周病的2型糖尿病患者共67例,其中男32例,女35例,年龄40-80岁。分为牙周干预组35例和无牙周干预组32例。结果牙周干预组的住院天数短于无牙周干预组。牙周干预组的住院总费用低于无牙周干预组,具有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论通过对患有牙周病的2型糖尿病住院患者的牙周干预,可缩短其住院天数和降低其住院总费用。Objective To study the effect of periodontal interventions on medical costs of in-patients with type 2 diabetes and periodontal disease. Methods A total of 67 patients with type 2 diabetes and periodontal disease from February 2011 to June 2011 in department of Endocrinology of Liwan Hospital of Guangzhou Medical College, including 32 males and 35 females, aged 40 to 80 years old. There were divided into periodontal interventions group with 35 cases and no periodontal interventions group with 32 eases. Results The days of hospital stay between the two groups was statistically different. The days of hospital stay of periodontal interventions group is shorter than those of no periodontal interventions group. The total medical costs between the two groups was difference with a significan difference （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion By periodontal intervention, in-patients with type 2 diabetes and with periodontal disease are shorten the days of hospital stay and reduce the total medical costs.
