摘　　要："规则之治"是学生管理法治化的重要途径。高校辅导员作为高校学生管理工作的一线管理者和实施者,他们的工作理念和管理行为是否符合学生管理法治化的要求,直接影响到学生管理法治化的实现。加强高校辅导员队伍建设应从管理理念的转变,法治观念、规则意识和法治素养的提升,学生救济制度和管理程序的规范,以及赋予高校辅导员最基层性的学生管理规范的制定权等方面进行。The ＂rules of governance＂ is an important way of student management legalization and college counselors,as the managers and executors of student management,whose work ideas and management acts,will exert direct effects on the realization of student management legalization.Therefore,the construction of college counselor team should be strengthened in terms of the change of management concept of college counselors,the improvement of legal idea,rule conciseness and legal quality,the standardization of student relief system and management procedures and the rule-making powers given to the college counselors in the most grass-root student management.
