复合碘用于高龄患者皮试消毒的效果

摘　　要：目的观察复合碘棉签在临床高龄患者皮试中的应用，找出更好的皮试消毒办法，减少阳性率。方法皮试的患者186例，随机分为试验组和对照组，各93例，试验组采用复合碘棉签消毒皮肤；对照组采用75％乙醇消毒皮肤。结果用复合碘棉签消毒对高龄患者皮肤过敏少、着色微，结果判断清楚，与75％乙醇无明显差异，可以用其替代75％乙醇皮试消毒。结论复合碘棉签致皮试结果假阳性率低，是高龄患者理想的皮试皮肤消毒产品。Objective To observe application of compound iodine cotton on skin of elderly patients and find out the better measurement of skin disinfection,and reduce positive rate.Methods 186 skin testing patients were divided into experimental and control group randomly,each group are 93 patients.The experimental group adopts complex iodine swab to disinfect skin,and the control group adopts 75％ enthanol.Results Disinfection skin using complex iodine swab is less skin allergy,the more trace coloring,and the result can be judged clearly.Conclusions Compound iodine swab results low false-positive rate,and is the ideal disinfection product for elderly patients.
