摘　　要：为实现面向信号的测试,研究了基于STD(signal test definition)标准的测量模型,包括固有测量(intrinsic measurement)模型和属性测量(generic measurement)模型,不仅在理论上对2种模型进行分析比较,还以复杂方波信号为例进行仿真实验,通过实验数据说明2种测量模型在特定场合的应用。In order to realize the signal-oriented test,researched the test models based on STD standard which included intrinsic measurement model and generic measurement model.Not only compare both models in theory,but also in simulation which took complex square signal as an example.And then it is clearly that which test model would be used in certain specific contexts.
