摘 要:目的:探讨巨噬细胞衍生趋化因子(macrophage-derived chemokine,MDC)、胸腺和活化调节趋化因子(thymus-and activation-regulated chemokine,TARC)与支气管哮喘密切相关的IgE、白细胞介素-5(IL-5)及外周血嗜酸粒细胞计数(eosinophils,EOS)等临床参数的关系。方法:收集支气管哮喘患者112例(特应性皮炎患者除外)、健康人58例(性别、年龄与支气管哮喘患者相匹配,无特应性皮炎)作对照。应用酶联免疫吸附法检测每例患者非急性发作时血清内MDC、TARC、总IgE、IL-5的浓度及健康人血清中MDC、TARC浓度,测定外周血EOS计数。分别评价支气管哮喘患者血清内MDC、TARC水平与总IgE、IL-5及EOS的关系,评价血清内MDC、TARC水平在支气管哮喘患者与健康人之间的差异性。结果:支气管哮喘患者血清内MDC浓度与总IgE、IL-5水平呈正相关(IgE,r=0.243,P=0.013 0;IL-5,r=0.309,P=0.004 0),MDC、TARC血清内浓度与EOS呈正相关(MDC,r=0.388,P=0.000 1;TARC,r=0.275,P=0.042 2)。支气管哮喘患者非发作时血清内MDC、TARC浓度与健康人之间比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:MDC、TARC可能是支气管哮喘有价值的临床生物学标志物,在支气管哮喘的发病机制中起着重要作用。Objective: To investigate the relationship of macrophage-derived chemokine(MDC) and thymus and activation regulated chemokine(TARC) levels and total IgE,IL-5,EOS in serum of patients with bronchial asthma.Methods: 112 patients with bronchial asthma and 58 healthy control subjects were included in this study.Serum MDC,TARC protein levels and total IgE,IL-5 levels were measured in patients with bronchial asthma non-outbreak,and MDC,TARC levels were measured in healthy controls by ELISA.The association was analyzed between MDC,TARC levels and serum total IgE,IL-5,EOS in bronchial asthma.The difference of serum MDC,TARC levels was analyzed between the patients with bronchial asthma and healthy controls.Results: Significant association was found between the serum levels of MDC and the concentration of serum total IgE,IL-5 in bronchial asthma and they presented for positive correlations(IgE,r=0.243,P=0.013 0;IL-5,r=0.309,P=0.004 0).Positive correlations were also found between MDC,TARC and the numbers of EOS in bronchial asthma(MDC,r=0.388,P=0.000 1;TARC,r=0.275,P=0.042 2).Regrettably,no significant difference was found between patients with bronchial asthma non-outbreak and healthy controls in serum MDC,TARC levels(P〉0.05).Conclusion: MDC,TARC may be a useful biologic marker and play an important role in the pathogenesis of bronchial asthma.
