地榆升白片防治老年患者化疗后骨髓抑制的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察地榆升白片防治老年患者化疗所致骨髓抑制的疗效。方法:将2006年5月～2011年3月我院收治的83例老年化疗患者随机分为实验组和对照组。实验组43例,患者化疗期间同时应用地榆升白片治疗;对照组40例,给予单纯化疗。观察两组骨髓抑制情况及生活质量变化。结果:实验组骨髓抑制发生率为46.51%,对照组骨髓抑制发生率为87.50%,实验组骨髓抑制发生率低于对照组(χ2=5.07,P<0.05);实验组生活质量下降率为9.30%,对照组生活质量下降率为27.50%,两组生活质量下降率比较差异有统计学意义(χ2=4.62,P<0.05)。结论:地榆升白片能够防治老年患者化疗所致的骨髓抑制,并且减少化疗引起老年患者的生活质量下降。Objective： To observe the effect of Sanguisorba Sheng Bai Tablets in preventing chemotherapy-induced bone marrow suppression in elderly patients.Methods： From May 2006 to March 2011,83 elderly patients after chemotherapy were collected and divided into experiment group and control group.43 patients in experiment group were treated with Sanguisorba Sheng Bai Tablets during chemotherapy;40 patients in control group were treated with chemotherapy alone.The conditions of bone marrow suppression and quality of life changes of two groups were observed.Results： Bone marrow suppression rate in experiment group was 46.51%,and that of the control group was 87.50%.The bone marrow suppression rate of experiment group was lower than the control group（χ2=5.07,P〈0.05）.The life quality decreased rate in the experiment group was 9.30%,and that of the control group was 27.50%.The life quality decreased rate of experiment group was lower than the control group（χ2=4.62,P〈0.05）.Conclusion： The Sanguisorba Sheng Bai Tablets could control chemotherapy-induced bone marrow suppression in elderly patients,and could reduce chemotherapy-induced decrease in the life quality in elderly patients.
