出院后随访对高血压患者治疗依从性的影响

摘　　要：目的:通过对高血压病患者进行出院后随访,有效控制血压,减少并发症发生。方法:将2009年7月～2010年7月对我科收治的高血压病患者166例随机分两组,对照组80例,研究组86例;对照组予以常规出院指导,研究组予以出院后随访;比较两组患者出院后的遵医行为、血压控制情况、疗效及患者满意度。结果:研究组出院后遵医行为、血压控制情况、疗效及患者满意度均高于对照组,两组比较,差异均有高度统计学意义(均P<0.01)。结论:出院后随访能提高患者的遵医行为,有效控制血压,减少并发症发生,提高患者满意度。Objective： To control blood pressure and reduce the complication of the hypertension patients through discharge follow-up.Methods： 166 patients diagnosed as hypertension in our department from July 2009 to July 2010 were randomly divided into control group（80 cases） and study group（86 cases）.The control group was given general discharge guidance,and the study group was given discharge follow-up.Compliance behavior,control of blood pressure,effect and patient satisfaction were compared.Results： Compliance behavior,control of blood pressure,effect and patient satisfaction were compared,and those of study group were significantly higher than those of control group（all P〈0.01）.Conclusion： Discharge follow-up can promote the compliance behavior,effectively control blood pressure,reduce complications and improve patient satisfaction.
