摘 要:采用CO为还原气催化还原NO,考察了Mn与Fe复合掺杂六铝酸盐对催化剂结构和NO+CO反应活性的影响,采用X射线衍射(XRD)、比表面积、H2-程序升温还原(H2-TPR)等对形成的SrMnFexAl11-xO19-δ系列催化剂(x为铁的掺杂量,x为1、2、4、6、8;δ为校正系数,在多数情况下小于0.5)进行表征。结果表明:(1)Fe的掺杂量较少时,样品形成了较为完整的六铝酸盐结构,Fe掺杂量继续增加反而不利于六铝酸盐晶胞的形成;(2)随着Fe掺杂量的增加,产生单体Fe2O3,六铝酸盐的还原性变差,不利于提高催化活性;(3)SrMnFexAl11-xO19-δ系列催化剂具有较好的热稳定性,当反应温度达到800℃时,仍具有极高的催化活性,可适用在高温环境下进行脱硝反应;(4)SrMnFexAl11-xO19-δ系列催化剂可用于化工厂中烟气的脱硝过程,并可以利用重整过程中的气体再生。Series of hexaaluminate catalysts SrMnFexAl11-xO19-δ(x was Fe adopting quantity,x =1,2,4,6,8,δ was adjusting coefficient) was prepared by coprecipitation method,the obtained catalysts was applied for catalyzed NO reduction with CO as reducing gas.The SrMnFexAl11-xO19-δ were characterized by powder X-ray diffraction(XRD),surface area and pore structure determination(BET),hydrogen temperature programmed reduction(H2-TPR) to investigate the effect of Mn and Fe adopting on structure and property of catalyst.Results showed that the relatively complete structure of hexaaluminate was formed when the Fe dulteration amount was low;Fe2O3 would be produced when increasing the Fe dulteration amount,which was not conducive to form hexaaluminate conventional cell.The SrMnFexAl11-xO19-δ catalysts showed perfect thermal stability in CO+NO reaction and the catalysis activities was high especially even the temperature was higher than 800 ℃.Therefore,this kind of catalysis could be used in flue gas denitrification and gas regeneration.
