摘 要:为了确保甲酸钠脱氢制草酸钠过程可连续生产,也为了提高物料的转化率,设计了回转式加热器。利用数值模拟软件Fluent对回转加热器的温度场进行了数值模拟分析。计算结果表明:设计的加热器温度场比较均匀;加热器径向温差约为15℃,轴向温度受转轴的影响,温差较大,但在加热器滚筒轴向0.15~0.45 m的区域内温差小于20℃,故该区域可作为物料的加料区域。In order to make sure the continuous oxalate production process from the sodium formate dehydrogenation,and to raise the convert ratio of the material,a rotary heater was designed.By using the numerical simulation software of Fluent,the temperature field of rotary heater was analyzed.The calculated results indicated that the temperature field of rotary heater was uniform.The temperature difference on radial was about 15 ℃.There was a significant temperature difference on axial direction.But on the region of 0.15~0.45 m the temperature difference was below 20 ℃,so the district could be used as the heating surface.
