摘 要:在管道超声导波检测中,缺陷回波信号的质量是实现管道缺陷识别和特征提取的基础。针对软、硬阈值处理方法的不足,给出了一种模糊阈值小波包降噪方法。应用该方法对包含高斯白噪声的模拟信号和实验采集到的超声导波检测信号进行了降噪处理,并且与小波全局阈值、小波包默认阈值降噪效果进行了对比分析。实验结果表明,模糊小波包降噪法能有效降低超声导波回波信号的噪声,效果优于另外两种方法。In the process of the defect detection in pipelines with ultrasonic guided wave,the quality of defect echo signals is the foundation for the pipeline defect identification and feature extraction.A de-noising method of wavelet packet based on fuzzy threshold is presented for the limitation of soft and hard thresholds.The method is applied to reduce Gauss white noise of the simulated signal.And also,the ultrasonic guided wave pipeline detection signal contaminated by noise is de-noised by this method.Moreover,the comparisons are performed among the fuzzy wavelet packet transform,wavelet transform based on global threshold and the wavelet packet transform based on default threshold.Experiment results show that the fuzzy wavelet packet transform is capable of effectively reducing the ultrasonic guided wave echo signals and the defect is better than other two methods.
