摘　　要：高质量的维修服务已成为产品成功与否的最重要因素之一。而维修需求和计划管理是产品维修服务的核心业务。提出了由中性结构和实例结构组成的复合式维修BOM结构,建立和分析了维修需求和计划管理的业务对象模型。在此基础上,提出了维修需求和计划管理的业务对象管理框架。描述了基于此框架进行维修需求和计划管理的过程,并举了一个实例。原型系统和业务逻辑推理的结果表明,该框架对于各种产品尤其是复杂产品的维修业务有很好的灵活性和实用性。Effective maintenance service is a key competition capacity for complex product manufacturing enterprises.Mainte- nance requirement and planning management are the core business of product maintenance services.The structure of mainte- nance BOM（Bill Of Material） made up of neutral structure and instance structure is put forward.The business object models are established and analyzed.Based on maintenance BOM, this paper proposes the business object management framework of maintenance requirement and planning management.The process of maintenance requirement and planning management based on the framework is described,and one case is given.The results of prototype system verification and business logical reasoning show that the framework is flexible and practical to the maintenance services of various kinds of products, especially to complex products.
