摘　　要：文章分析了管壳式换热器分程隔板失效的原因,对国内外主要设计规范中分程隔板的设计要求进行了比较,从隔板强度、受力分析、焊接结构等方面提出了隔板的合理设计方案。This paper analyzes the failure reasons for the pass partition of shell and tube heat exchanger.It makes a comparison between foreign and domestic design requirements for pass partition and brings forward reasonable design proposal for pass partition from the aspects of pass partition strength,force analysis and welding structure.
