改善电站锅炉低温再热器烟气磨损的技术分析

摘　　要：针对某亚临界锅炉低温再热器烟气侧磨损严重的问题,根据现场实际运行情况和设计参数,分析了磨损的原因,给出了运行中减轻磨损的调整方式和设备改造方法,对其他采用烟气挡板调节再热汽温的锅炉在防治低再磨损有一定参考作用。According to the actual operation conditions and design parameters of the low temperature reheater of a subcritical boiler,reasons for the gas-side erosion of reheater tubes were analyzed in the paper,and the adjustment measures as well as transformation methods were then proposed to provide helpful reference for the prevention of erosion problems occurred in boilers using gas damper.
