摘  要:预焙槽电流效率与极距、阳极电流分布有关,他们之间的关系可以用关系曲线来描述。二者之所以与电流效率有关,最本质的因素是极距,电流分布的变化会引起槽膛内熔体(电解质、铝液)流速与波动的变化。熔体垂直波动的波幅大小决定于熔体水平流动的流速和不均匀性。铝电解槽熔体垂直波动波幅与对应的单组阳极导杆电流波动的幅值成正比,由此,我们提出△IACP-CE%关系曲线。通过测量熔体垂直波动的波幅去评估电流效率。The current efficiency of Hall-Heroul cell is connected with ACD and anode current distribution.The relationship between them can be described by a relation curve.Both of them are related with the current efficiency.The essential reason is that the change of ACD and anode current distribution can cause the change of metal pad(electrolyte molten salt,molten aluminium) fluid velocity and nonuniform.Metal pad wave's vertical fluctuation amplitude is decided by fluid velocity and nonuniform.Amplitude of metal pad wave's vertical fluctuation is procportional with the amplitude of correspondent single anode current fluctuation.As current efficiency is assessed by means of mesurmeent of metal pad wave's vertical fluctuation,△IACP-CE% relation curve is set forth by us.
