摘  要:目的研究犀角地黄汤对脂多糖(lipopolysaccharide,LPS)诱导的小鼠血浆细胞因子的影响。方法应用流式微球技术(cytometric bead array,CBA)检测小鼠感染模型组、犀角地黄汤治疗组3、6、18 h的细胞因子水平。结果犀角地黄汤对感染模型TNF-α没有降低作用;对模型各时间点IL-10都有升高作用,犀角地黄汤6 h对IL-10的升高有统计学差异(P<0.05).结论犀角地黄汤治疗小鼠感染模型的机制不在于降低TNF-α及降低促炎因子的水平;在于提高IL-10并促进小鼠CD4^+Th1向Th2漂移而抑制过强的炎性反应,减轻炎性损伤对机体的损害。Objective To study the effect of Xijiao Dihuang decoction on cytokine in a mouse infection model. Methods Flow cytometric bead array technology" (CBA) was used to detect the cytokine level in mouse infection model group and Xijiao Dihuang decoction treatment group at 3,6, 18 h time points. Results Xijiao Dihuang decoction did not reduce the role of TNF - αin the infection model at any time point, but the model increased the role of IL - 10 significantly at 6 h time point ( P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusions The mechanism by which Xijiao Dihuang decoction cures the nlouse infection model is not by reducing the level of TNF - α and pro - inflammatory eytokines, but by increasing the level of IL - 10 and promoting CD4 + Th1 cells shift to Th2 ceils. These factors can inhibit excessive inflammatory response while reducing inflammatory injury to the organism.
