摘　　要：对哈尔滨工业大学2009—2011年中文社科图书馆藏量、流通量、借阅率等数据进行了统计分析,提出了相应的服务对策和措施,以实现馆藏资源有效配置和提高流通阅览服务质量。This paper makes the statistical analysis on the collection quantity, circulation quantity, borrowing rate and other data of Chinese social sciences books in HIT in the period of 2009-2011, and puts forward some corresponding solutions for realizing effective configuration of collection resources and improving circulation service quality.
