摘　　要：应用铸型扫描电镜技术观察了13只成人眼的Schlemm管、外集液管和房水静脉的三维构筑。结果表明,Schlemm管是单一的环管状结构,并无分支。管内侧壁存在狭长且不规则的间隙,似海绵的空隙一样。并观察了外集液管和房水静脉。The study of three dimensional structure of Schlemm's canals, collector channels and aqueous veins in 13 human adult eyes with corrosion cast technique and scanning electron microscopy was made. In all the casts, Schlemm's canal appeared as a single tube and did not split into two or more parallel ones. There were tortuous communications wandering irregularly and obliquely in the inner walls of Schlemm's canal, like channels through a sponge. And collector channels and aqueous veins were also observed.
