摘　　要：分析了新建本科院校外文文献资源建设的现状,探讨了新建本科院校外文文献资源建设的定位和目标,提出了新建本科院校外文文献资源建设的设想和具体措施。This paper analyzes the present situation of foreign literature resource construction in the library of newly built undergraduate college, probes into the orientation and target of foreign literature resource construction in the library of newly built undergraduate college, and puts forward some assumptions of and concrete measures for foreign literature resource construction in the library of newly built undergraduate college.
