摘　　要：阐述了期刊缺刊的现状及期刊补缺的必要性,分析了期刊缺失的原因,提出了科学管理期刊工作的对策。This paper expounds the present situation of journals＇ missing issues and the necessity of the complement of journals＇ missing issues, analyzes the reasons of journals＇ missing issues, and puts forward some countermeasures for scientific management of journals.
