摘　　要：当前,我国地方政府在执行力方面存在着有令不行、执行过程中沟通与协调不畅、行政成本趋高、执行人员不作为等突出问题。在对上述问题及其成因进行分析的基础上,提出了应深化行政制度改革、健全行政问责制、培育良好的执行文化环境、提升政府执行人员的素质等方面的对策建议。Ability of local government in the implementation there are many questions, for example communication and coonlination during the execution of poor, increasingly high administrative costs, poor implementation of diicers. This article analyzes these issues.
