摘 要:在建筑结构中,橡胶垫支座往往处于复杂受力状态,为了防止风吸力与水平力作用下出现过大变形,可以在支座中设置限位螺栓.本文对带螺栓孔橡胶垫抗压弹性模量进行了深入分析,提出了形状系数修正方法;对传统的板式橡胶支座进行了改进,在橡胶垫的上、下盖板之间设置了限位条,避免橡胶垫粘结失效的影响;对比分析了不同设计标准中的橡胶垫抗压弹性模量的计算方法,提出了改进建议.最后,对板式橡胶支座的抗压弹性模量、抗剪弹性模量与支座转角进行了试验研究.In building structures,laminated rubber bearings are generally in complex stress state.In order to prevent excessive deformation of bearings due to wind suction and horizontal forces,the limited position-bolts set in rubber bearings are recommended.In this paper,the compressive elastic modulus of laminated rubber with bolt-holes are analyzed in detail,and a modified method of old shape-factor-calculation is proposed.Meanwhile,traditional rubber bearings are improved,and stop-strips at the edges of the upper and lower covers are used to prevent adhesive failure between the laminated rubber and lower cover plate.Besides,the improved advice is put forward after comparing various design criteria about the calculation of the compressive elastic modulus of laminated rubber.At last,the compressive elastic modulus,shear modulus and rotation angle of rubber bearing were tested and researched.
