摘 要:根据中东阿布扎比高温、温差大的环境特点,设计了ETFE气枕性能高温环境试验系统,主要包括密封环境模拟室,776mm×776mm气枕模型,环境加热与ETFE气枕压力计算机自动控制系统,温度、位移数据采集系统.研制出试验系统,进行了40℃~80℃温度变化、6个周期18小时下气枕性能测试,然后利用气枕膜片制备试件,进行了ETFE薄膜厚度测试、ETFE薄膜和缝合节点拉伸试验.得到了相应的膜面矢高位移、试件破坏形态、应力-应变曲线、极限强度和破断延伸率,对工程设计具有指导参考价值.The environment features high temperature and big difference in Middle-East area of Yas Island.Experiments was carried out to testify the serviceability in this area.The high temperature test scheme was developed for the ETFE cushion performance verification.It mainly consists of one environment simulation close chamber,ETFE cushion with plain size 776mm×776mm,automatic control system of chamber heating and ETFE cushion pressure,temperature and displacement acquisition system.The test system was set up,and the rise change of ETFE envelope were surveyed for the ETFE cushion subjected to temperature from 40℃ to 80℃ which last 18 hours of six cycles.The ETFE film specimen and seam specimen for uni-tension test were manufactured from the tested cushion and the uni-tension tests were carried out eventually.Finally the ultimate strength,stress-strain curve and broken elongation were obtained thoroughly for the cushion ETFE experiencing high temperature cycling load.The results are valuable to the practical engineering design.
