六味安消胶囊联合多潘立酮片治疗脾虚气滞型胃痞214例疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察六味安消胶囊联合多潘立酮片治疗脾虚气滞型胃痞(功能性消化不良)的临床疗效。方法:入选214例脾虚气滞型胃痞患者,采用随机抽样方法分为2组。对照组予以多潘立酮片,治疗组在对照组基础上加服六味安消胶囊,治疗4周。结果:治疗组总有效率为92.37%,明显优于对照组的78.13%(P<0.05);治疗后2组患者胃排空状况改善情况,治疗组明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:六味安消胶囊联合多潘立酮片治疗脾虚气滞型胃痞效果优于单用多潘立酮片。OBJECTIVE： To evaluate the clinical efficacy of Liuweianxiao capsule combined with domperidone for chronic atrophic gastritis of spleen-deficiency and QI-stagnation type（functional dyspepsia）.METHODS： Two hundred and fourteen patients with functional dyspepsia of spleen-deficiency and QI-stagnation type were randomly assigned to either control group receiving domperidone tablet or treatment group receiving Liuweianxiao capsule plus domperidone for 4 weeks.RESULTS： The total effective rate in the treatment group was significantly better than in the control group（92.37% vs.78.13%,P0.05）,and the treatment group was significantly better than in the control group regarding the improvement of gastric emptying function（P0.05）.CONCLUSION： Treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis of spleen-deficiency and QI-stagnation type with Liuweianxiao capsule combined with domperidone resulted in better efficacy than did domperidone alone.
