摘　　要：研究了五个抗疱疹病毒药物联合应用对HSV-1的作用,并用图表法和FIC指数进行评价。结果表明:ACV/CC,DHPG/CC联合呈现协同作用;TDA/CC,PFA/CC,DHPG/TDA,ACV/TDA,ACV/PFA,ACV/DHPG联合应用呈现不同程度的相加作用;无任一联合表现拮抗或干扰作用。Five promising anti-herpesvirus compounds have been investigated individually and in combinations on HSV-1 in vitro. Their aativiral activities in combinations were evaluated by a graphic method and by fractional inhibitory concentration (FIC) indices. The results showed that IC50 of cyclocytidine (CC), acyclovir (ACV), gancyclovir (DHPG), phosphono fornic acid (PFA) and Tai-Din-An (TDA) were 0.19, 0.27, 0.10, 33 and 38μg/ml, respectively. The combination of CC and ACV showed significant synergism. The optimal ratios were 1:1 to 1:5 for CC/ACV. At these ratios, the FIC indices were all lower than 0.4. The CC/DHPG also showed synergism. However, the other combinations, such as CC/TDA, CC/PFA, DHPG/TDA, ACV/TDA, ACV/PFA, ACV/DHPG showed different degrees of additive effects. Neither antagonism nor interference was noted for any combinations.
