培哚普利对慢性心力衰竭患者血清IL-6水平的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨培哚普利对慢性心力衰竭(CHF)患者血清白细胞介素-6(IL-6)水平的影响。方法:采用双抗体夹心(ELISA法)检测38例CHF患者及23例健康自愿者血清IL-6水平,将CHF患者随机分为常规治疗组(17例)和常规治疗+培哚普利治疗组(21例),共观察4周。结果:CHF患者血清IL-6水平显著高于健康对照组(P<0.01),且与左室射血分数(LVEF)呈负相关(r=-0.52,P<0.05)。经4周治疗后ACEI组患者IL-6水平明显降低(P<0.05),且伴有心率明显下降(P<0.05)和LVEF明显增高(P<0.05)。结论:CHF患者IL-6水平明显增高,并与左室收缩功能负相关,培哚普利可降低血清IL-6水平,有助于CHF患者心功能的改善。Objective：To study the effects of perindopril on serum interleukin - 6 （ IL - 6） in patients with chronic heart failure （CHF）. Methods： Serum IL -6 in 38 patients with chronic congestive heart failure and 23 healthy controls were measured by enzyme - linked immunosorbent assay. The patients with CHF were randomized to receive routine therapy （routine group, n = 17） or perindopril in addition to routine therapy （ perindopril group, n = 21 ） for 4 weeks. Evaluations were made before and af- ter treatment. Results ： Levels of IL - 6 in the CHF patients were significantly higher than those in the controls, and the serum level of IL - 6 was negatively related to left ventricular ejection fraction （LVEF） （ r = - 0. 52, P 〈0. 01 ）. After treatment,the level of IL - 6 decreased in perindopril group （P 〈 0. 05 ）, with lower heart rates and increased LVEF（ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusions ： Elevated IL -6 levels are present in patient with CHF,perindopril can decrease the IL- 6 levels in patients with CHF, which may play an important role in improving of the function of the left ventricle.
