甲亢术后不服碘的临床探讨

摘　　要：目的:探讨原发性甲亢术后不服碘的可行性。方法:1990～2010年收治甲亢手术患者501例,回顾性分析其临床资料,术前服用碘剂,术后不服碘。结果:无1例出现甲状腺危象。结论:甲亢术后不需服碘,安全可靠。Objective：To investigate the feasibility no iodine intake postoperative in Patients with hyperthyroidism. Methods： We retrospectively analyzed clinical data of 501 patients with hyperthyroidism,from 1990 to 2010, iodine was administered to control symptoms prior to surgery, without iodine intake postoperative Results No thyroid crisis after the operation. Conclusion No iodine intake postoperative is safe and reliable. Post- operative iodine administration has little practical value.
