可折式螺纹钉治疗锁骨骨折

摘　　要：目的:探讨利用可折式螺纹钉治疗锁骨中1/3骨折内固定的临床效果。方法:2001年1～4月采用切开复位可折式螺纹钉固定治疗锁骨中1/3骨折。结果:经10个月～2年随访所有锁骨中1/3骨折均愈合。愈合时间5～12个月,平均7.6个月。结论:可折式螺纹钉治疗成人锁骨中1/3骨折有效简单可靠。Objective：Investigate the clinic results of clavicle fature treated with tail broken nail.Methods：From2001 January to2010 April,total 50 patients in our hospital with clavicle fature were treated by ORIF with tail broken nail.Result：All of the fature were heal in 5～12 months,average 7.6months,there were not skin and bone infection.Conclusion：Tail broken nail was one kind of satisfied methods to treat the middle 1/3 clavicle fracture.
