百癣夏塔热片治疗脂溢性皮炎疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察口服百癣夏塔热片治疗脂溢性皮炎的临床疗效。方法:将92例脂溢性皮炎患者分为治疗组和对照组,每组46例。治疗组口服百癣夏塔热片,4片/次,3次/日;对照组口服西替利秦片,10mg/次,1次/日。两组均用0.9%生理盐水溶液湿敷和外用维生素E霜,疗程均为3周。结果:治疗组治愈率为54.35%,有效率84.78%;对照组治愈率为36.96%,有效率为67.39%。两组疗效差异具有统计学意义,且均无明显不良反应。结论:口服百癣夏塔热片治疗脂溢性皮炎安全有效。Objective：To observe the clinical effect and safety Baixianxiatare table in treatment seborrheic dermatitis.Methods：The 92 cases seborrheic dermatitis were divided into treatment and control groups.treatment group was treated with one hundred Sciatta hot piece,the control group was treated with cetirizine tablets Qin.Results：The clinical cure rate and the effective rate were 54.35% and 84.78% respectively in the treatment group,which were statistically significant higher than that of the contrast group 36.96% and 67.39%.Conclusion：The Baixianxiatare table is efficacy and safety in the treatment of seboorheic dermatitis.
