摘 要:研究了不同浆料配比、湿强剂、松厚剂和阳离子淀粉助剂的用量等对轻型纸性能的影响。结果表明:考虑到性能和成本的因素,针叶木浆与阔叶木浆的质量比为30∶70时较为合适;湿强剂用量为1%时对干、湿强度有显著的提高;松厚剂用量为0.8%时可获得较高的松厚度;加入阳离子淀粉助剂对提高纸页性能和留着率均有利。The influences of the factors such as pulp proportioning,the dosages of wet strength agent,bulking agent and cationic starch on the properties of light weight paper were studied in this paper.The results showed that,taking into account the performance and cost factors,the ratio of softwood pulp to hardwood pulp of 30∶70 was suitable;When the amount of wet strength agent was 1% odp,the dry and wet strength could be significantly improved;High bulk could be obtained when the bulking agent dosage was 0.8% odp;Adding cationic starch was beneficial to the improvement sheet properties and retention.
