双J管留置时间及大小对输尿管镜下输尿管狭窄内切开预后的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨双J管留置时间及大小对输尿管镜下输尿管狭窄内切开的预后影响。方法将符合入组条件的患者随机分为留置1条双J管组和2条双J管组,每组按双J管留置时间分为3个小组,比较不同留置时间及双J管大小对手术预后的影响。拔除双J管后随访12个月,通过超声、KUB+IVU等检查评价治疗效果。结果在相同留置时间内,两组之间不存在统计学差异。留置3个月组及留置6个月组之间存在统计学差异,而6个月组与12个月组之间不存在统计学差异。结论输尿管狭窄内切开术后留置双J管的大小对手术有效率不产生影响;双J管留置时间可以明显影响术后复发率,建议至少留置6个月以上。Objective To discuss the impact of double J tube retention time and size of ureterostenosis after the incision through ureteroscope, Methods The patients were divided into two groups randomly, group 1 with one double J tube and group two with two double J tube. Each group was divided into 3 subgroup according to the retention time, the retention time in each subgroup was 3, 6 and 12 months, respectively. Comparing the treatment effects of these groups. The patients were followed up at least 12 months after the remove of the double J tube through B ultrasonic and KUB＋IVU. Results The treat- ment effects in the two groups inserted 1 or 2 double ,1 tube didn＇t have statistically differences with the same retention time. The retention time of 3 months and 6 months subgroups had statistical differences, and 6 months group had no statistical differences between the 12 months group. Conclusion The size of the double J tube has no affection about the surgery effects. However, the retention time of double J tube can significantly affect the postoperative recurrence rate, suggested that the double J tube should be retained more than 6 months.
