开发区创新绩效影响因素实证研究

摘　　要：针对国家级开发区集群创新绩效问题,根据创新环境和创新系统理论,从新视角、新层面出发,构建了创新环境、创新能力和创新绩效理论模型——IECP模型,采用结构方程模型研究方法,分析了创新环境、创新能力和创新绩效三者之间的关系。结果显示:我国国家级开发区的经济环境和技术环境对集群创新能力没有显著影响,而人才环境对创新能力的影响显著,创新能力则对直接绩效和间接绩效均有显著影响。通过进一步分析未获得支持的假设,揭示了目前我国国家级开发区发展中存在的深层次问题,在此基础上,提出了相关政策建议。Development zones provide a beneficial environment for innovation of clusters.This paper focuses on the relationship of innovation environment,innovation capability and innovation performance of cluster in National development zones in China,the IECP model（innovation environment-capability-performance） of the national development zones was developed.Three hypotheses of the relationship of innovation environment,innovation capability and innovation performance were tested.SEM model analysis confirmed that innovation capability has a mediating effect and innovation human environment influences innovation capability significantly.Further analysis was not supported by the hypothesis,revealing the state-level development zones in China now there are deep-rooted problems,on this basis,put forward policy recommendations.
