摘 要:采用三因素随机区组设计,研究不同基因型、培养基种类及2,4-D处理浓度对成熟胚愈伤诱导率的影响。结果表明,影响玉米成熟胚胚性愈伤组织诱导的主要因素是基因型,且基因型、培养基和2,4-D处理对岀愈率影响效果差异达到显著或极显著水平,除初级愈伤三因素互作不显著外,任意两因素或三因素之间的互作效应显著。丹988的最佳培养组合为MN+2,4-2mg/L;铁7922最佳培养组合为MS+2,4-D 2mg/L。添加1mg/L的KT有利于愈伤组织分化。The effects of different genotypes,medium and treating concentration of 2,4-D on the callus induction and regeneration of maize mature embryo was studied by using a three-factor randomized completely block design.The results showed that the major factor which affected induction rate was genotype.Genotypes,medium and 2,4-D had significant difference or highly significant difference.The interaction effects between any two factors or three factors had significant difference except that three factors in primer callus did not have significant difference.The optimal combination for Dan988 was MN+2,4-D 2mg/L and for Tie7922 was MS+ 2,4-D 2mg/L.1mg/L KT adding in MS medium was effective to regeneration.
