摘　　要：社会信息化进程的加快日益突显出信息资源的重要战略价值,信息资源管理专业人才的培养已成为国家信息化建设的关键与核心。本文在分析我国信息化建设对信息资源管理人才需求及信息资源管理人才培养现状的基础上,结合信息资源的特殊性,构建了素质和能力并重的信息资源管理人才培养模式,提出了产学研结合、跨学科培养以及继续教育和在职培训相结合的信息资源管理人才培养模式的实施策略。The accelerated process of building the information society highlights the strategic importance of information resources. As a result, the cultivation of information professionals has become the key core of the national information society construction. In this paper, based on the analysis of the need for information professionals and the status of information professional cultivation, combined with the special nature of information resources, we build a cultivation model composed by capacity as well as quality, and propose combination, interdisciplinary training as well as continuing education and job training as the implementation strategies of the cultivation of information resource management professionals.
