摘  要:随着传媒不良传播行为的滋长,已经对受众合法权益构成严重威胁,亟待建立一种长效机制保护受众权益不受侵犯,保证传媒产业健康发展。受众权益保护组织因其具有群众性、广泛性、便捷性等特点,构成维护传播秩序,保护受众合法权益的基础性要素,是实现社会监督的有效载体,而目前尚处于缺失状态。本文就受众权益保障组织建构的必要性、可行性、组织建构的基本框架及组织建立的现实意义展开了探讨,希望为受众权益保护组织付诸实践提供必要的理论支持和决策依据。The growing unhealthy communication has been a great threaten on audience's legal right. A long-acting protection mechanism is in urgent need to prevent the audience's right from being infringed and promote a healthy media industry. The mass character, extensiveness and convenience of an organization for the protection audience's right make it a fundamental element for the maintenance of communication order and the protection of the audience's legal right. It is an effective vehicle for carrying out social supervision. However, it is still missing at present. This paper explores the necessity and feasibility of building an organization for the protection of audience's right, the basic framework, as well as its realistic significance. I hope that this paper will provide a necessary theoretical support and decision basis for the realization of an organization for the protection of audience's right.
