摘  要:采用扫描电镜制片和石蜡切片技术研究了青钱柳营养器官的解剖结构。结果表明:青钱柳的叶为典型异面叶,上、下表皮均具有非腺毛和腺毛,气孔仅分布于叶下表皮,略外凸,主脉具有副维管束。茎的次生结构由周皮和次生维管组织构成,维管束为外韧型,皮层、次生韧皮部和次生木质部含有大量的纤维和簇晶,幼茎有髓,成熟茎的中央形成片状髓。根的初生结构中,皮层由薄壁细胞组成,在横切面上占相当大的部分,初生木质部为四原型,无髓部分化,次生木质部发达。上述特征反映出青钱柳具有很强的生态适应性。An experiment was conducted to study the anatomical structures of vegetative organs of Cyclocarya paliurus by fiaeans of scanning electron microscope and paraffin wax section. Results show that the leaf of C. paliurus belongs to typical bifa- cial leaf. There are non-glandular hairs and glandular hairs in the surface. The stomata, which are convex, only exist in the lower epidermis. The midrib has an additional vascular strand. The secondary structures of the stem consist of periderm and secondary vascular tissue. Vascular system in the stem is ectophloic. Abundant fibers and cluster crystals were observed in the cortex, secondary phloem and secondary xylem. The new stem has pith, but there is lamellate pith in the center of the mature stem. In the primary structures of the root, the cortex consists of parenchyma ceils, which occupy a considerable part in the cross section. The primary xylem is tetrarch without pith, and the secondary xylem is well developed. The characters mentioned above shows that C. paliurus has a high ecological adaptability,
