摘 要:选用了4种不同原料、不同工艺生产的木质气相吸附用活性炭,通过测定活性炭的丁烷工作容量(BWC)、表观密度和氮吸附等温线,研究了活性炭的物理性质对丁烷工作容量的影响。结果表明,活性炭样品的表观密度对丁烷工作容量值有显著影响;丁烷工作容量与活性炭样品的比表面积、孔容积和孔分布有着密切联系,孔径在1.2~6.0 nm范围的高孔容积的活性炭,其工作容量高。Four kinds of activated carbons obtained from different raw materials by various technologies were used as the testing materials. The effects of physical properties of the activated carbons on butane working capacity ( BWC ) were studied by measuring BWC, apparent density and nitrogen adsorption-desorption isotherm. Results indicate that the apparent density of the activated carbons has a remarkable effect on butane working capacity. BWC is strongly influenced by specific surface area, pore volume and pore size distribution. Activated carbon with high percentage of pore volume and pore size ranging from 1.2 nm to 6.0 nm exhibits high n-butane adsorbability.
